How long does it take to cook sadza?
Cooking sadza takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the quantity and grain type.
How many people can it cook for?
With a 6-litre capacity, the Sadza Cooker is suitable for meals serving up to 15 people, depending on portion size.
Can it cook Sadza from other traditional grains?
Yes. The Sadza Cooker is capable of cooking Sadza rezviyo (finger millet) and mixed grain sadza, including those typically more difficult to prepare manually.
What else can it cook?
The cooker includes multiple pre-set functions and can also prepare:

- Beans
- Soups and stews
- Meat
- Steam-cooked meals
- Slow-cooked meals
- Sous vide (temperature-controlled water bath cooking)
Note: The cooker is not suitable for deep frying.
What plug does the Sadza Cooker come with?
The cooker comes with a standard UK 3-pin plug (13A).
If you are outside the UK, you will need a travel adapter to use the plug with your country’s socket.
What voltage does the Sadza Cooker use?
The Sadza Cooker operates on AC 220V – 240V, with a power rating of 1050W.
If you live in a country where the standard voltage is 110V (e.g., USA or Canada), you will need a step-up transformer (minimum 1500W) to use the appliance safely.
Does the Sadza Cooker come with a warranty?
Yes. The Sadza Cooker comes with a 1-year warranty. In the event of a fault, the product will be reviewed in consultation with our engineer before a repair, replacement, or refund is offered.
